STAR early-out lunch for Advanced/Proficient students

Reward for all students who scored Advanced or Proficient in three tests from last year's STAR testing. Students get out 15 minutes early for lunch and receive a free hot-dog, chips, and soda! Students are also eligible to receive prizes!
