Dear Mustang Parents/Guardians,

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! The Aeries Parent Portal is now open for data confirmation and verification of continuing students in Walnut Valley Unified School District. Through your AERIES Parent Portal account, you will be able to finalize registration documents. 

All parents/guardians must update student and parent information, emergency information, and registration forms before your student's GLC summer registration appointment. Please make sure to update Emergency Contacts, as this is crucial in case of an emergency. Data confirmation must be complete to see your child's GLC for their summer registration appointment. Documents must be completed no later than June 30, 2023.

A reminder of your selected appointment will be emailed from our IT administrator, Mr. Kevin Wendland [email protected] or [email protected] by the end of May.  Email reminders will be sent out weekly to the student's and parent's email addresses. 

Data confirmation documents are accessed through Parent Portal Accounts. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the link https://parents.wvusd.k12.ca.us/aeries.net/ and select "Forgot Password," you will receive a link to reset your password.

•   Step 1: Access your Aeries Parent Portal account: For incoming 8th-grade students, your login information is unchanged if you used Parent Portal at your middle school.
•   Step 2: Online Re-Registration/Data Confirmation: Once logged in, you will see a yellow bar with writing stating, "You have not completed the Student Data Confirmation Process;" Click  on the yellow bar to begin updating your student/parent information. Please carefully read all instructions and information on each page. To proceed to the next section, click the confirmation button on the left side near the bottom and continue confirming all documents.
•   Step 3: Data confirmation must be complete to see your child's GLC for their summer registration appointment.
