WorkAbility I is a school-based transition training program designated for students in special education to promote career awareness and exploration while students complete their secondary education program. It provides students with the opportunity to obtain marketable job skills while completing their education through job shadowing, paid and non-paid work experience, and ongoing support and guidance from vocational personnel.
