Mission Statement

 

My mission is to help students develop the self-confidence and drive they need to reach their highest potential as human beings. I will motivate them when they feel they don't feel they have the motivation in themselves. I will inspire them when they feel uninspired. I will get to know them as people by opening up my life to them. I will help them laugh and enjoy life when they feel anxious or uncertain. I will give them an environment to take risks in by taking risks and making mistakes myself. I will believe in them and their abilities when they feel no one else believes in them (even themselves). I will teach them that school is only the beginning of a lifelong learning process and that school gives them the tools to succeed. I will build positive, trusting communications with their parents, so we can all work towards the goal of greater student achievement. I will be a role model for them, so they can grow to become the best person they can be.
