Hello! My name is Ellie Blanchard. I have been teaching since 2016 and a mustang since 2017. I believe learning is a process that connects what students already know to new and challenging content. Students in my classroom investigate, problem solve, and think critically about scientific topics that are relevant to his/her life. Through science students can learn crosscutting skills that are invaluable in their other classes and outside of school. I want students to leave my classroom as life long learners.
I use Google Classroom exclusively for updates regarding homework, notes, class materials, and other useful links.
